1. How much does it cost?
Our fees are based upon the number of users in the company and needs specific to your business. We charge a flat monthly fee that is renewable each month. Therefore there are no contracts for you to sign or anything to give a feeling of being "locked in" to an agreement for more than 30 days.

2. Will I be charged more for problems such as a system crashing?
No, most service calls for problems are included in our basic service agreement.

3. Will I get a full time person that I see everyday?
Yes, if the needs of your company require it.

4. Do you sell software/hardware?
No, but we can assist you in your discovery to determine the best systems for your needs of your business. If we do purchase equipment or software it is a pass through fee directly to our clients with no mark-up.

5. What is your response time when we have a problem?

When you contact our help desk, a page goes out immediately. A technician from our help desk will asses the nature of the problem. Sometimes we can assist you remotely, depending on the problem. Otherwise the sensitivity and urgency of the situation will determine how quickly we need to respond.

6. How does the help desk work? Will the person that I call have access to my systems?
Yes they will and that is one of the benefits of our service. Often times the help desk can assist you right over the phone.

7. What happens if we decide to open another location and increase our users?
If there is a major change in growth or conversely a decrease in users, we can simply adjust pricing to the new situation. This is one of the benefits of a month to month agreement.

8. How many employees are on your staff?
Currently we have multiple employees to serve our client base. We are always projecting our future growth and proactively seeking the experience necessary to add to our team.

9. Do you have support staff?
Yes, each technical team member is introduced to our clients and becomes familiar with the systems and networks specific to that business. This is how we can provide prompt response to any problems as each team member may support each of our clients.

10. Where is your office located?
Our corporate office is located in Cary, NC. Our technicians are both virtual and mobile, easily able to support your technological needs throughout the Triangle Area.

11. How long have you been in business?
PC MedEvac was established in 1991 and became incorporated in 1996. Prior to 2003 we were strictly “on-site” technicians.
